Web design Dubai: one specialist, not a department
Your buyer has several sites open in other tabs. I design, build and optimise yours myself, so it is the one that loads first and explains itself fastest.
Signal: AED 3,400. Launch: AED 6,500, or AED 6,800 with Arabic. Growth: AED 12,750, or AED 15,300 with Arabic. Authority: from AED 28,000, quoted per project.
What Dubai buyers compare before they choose
Someone looking for a service here rarely opens one website. They open several, give each a quick look and close most of them. The sites that stay open are the ones that answer these questions without making the visitor hunt:
- What do you do, and for whom? Visible before any scrolling.
- What does it cost? A price, or at least a starting point.
- Are you real? Real photographs, a named person, a place.
- How do I reach you? WhatsApp, phone and a short form, all easy to use with one thumb.
- Did the page open quickly? Nobody waits when the next tab is already loaded.
It is the same test for a free zone company in DMCC, IFZA, Meydan or JAFZA selling to other businesses, and for a mainland shop selling to its own neighbourhood.

One specialist or an agency: an honest comparison
If you are comparing web design agencies, this is where I differ and where I do not fit.
What you get with one person
The person you talk to is the person who designs the pages, builds them and does the SEO. There is no account manager passing messages along, so a change you ask for in the morning is not explained three times before it is made. Prices are published, and you own the site and every account at launch.
When an agency is the better choice
A very large platform needs a big team. If your project has many integrations, several launches running at the same time or a need for support around the clock, one person is the wrong answer, and I will tell you so in the first conversation.
Mobile first, and fast enough to stay open
Much of that comparing happens on a phone, so I design the phone layout first and widen it for desktop afterwards. Google measures how a page feels with three checks called Core Web Vitals:
- LCP, Largest Contentful Paint. How long the main thing on the screen takes to appear, usually the top image or the headline.
- INP, Interaction to Next Paint. How quickly the page reacts when someone taps a button or opens the menu.
- CLS, Cumulative Layout Shift. Whether the page jumps around while it loads, so that a thumb lands on the wrong link.
I test all three before launch and fix what the build can fix: image sizes, fonts, scripts and the order things load in. If you want your current site measured first, that is part of a technical SEO audit.

Four kinds of business, four kinds of site
Restaurants and cafes
The menu has to be readable on a phone as real text, not as a file to download. Location, opening hours and a way to book or message belong on the first screen.
Real estate
Buyers and tenants look at listings side by side. Each one needs its own page, clear photographs and an enquiry button that stays in view.
Ecommerce
I build shops on Shopify, where payment, stock and delivery are handled by the platform. One of my projects was a food brand on Shopify, with technical SEO and tracking.
Clinics and salons
Booking is the whole point. Treatments, the people who do them and the booking button must never be more than a tap away.
Web design Dubai packages and prices
There are four packages, and each one has a published price.
Signal costs AED 3,400. It is a single landing page in English with a lead form, WhatsApp, on-page SEO and schema. It suits a new business that needs one strong page to start with.
Launch costs AED 6,500, or AED 6,800 in English and Arabic. You get up to five pages in about ten working days, with technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, lead capture, tracking, analytics and Search Console.
Growth costs AED 12,750, or AED 15,300 in both languages. It covers up to twelve pages with a blog or CMS, industry and city pages, schema and AI visibility setup.
Authority starts from AED 28,000 and is quoted per project: bilingual platforms, ecommerce or booking, with three months of SEO included.
Compare them on the pricing page.

What you get, whatever the package
- One person from first message to launch
- A published price in AED
- Phone layout designed first
- On-page SEO and schema
- Lead form and WhatsApp button
- Your own site, with every account handed over
- A reply within four working hours
Web design in Dubai: questions
Are you based in Dubai?
No. I am based in Abu Dhabi, and Dubai is one of the areas I serve. Most of the work runs over video calls, WhatsApp and a shared Figma link, so distance does not slow a project down. If you would rather meet in person, ask through the contact page and we will arrange it.
Do you build websites for free zone companies?
Yes. I work with free zone and mainland companies alike. A free zone business often sells to other businesses or to customers abroad, so the site usually needs clear service pages and a fast enquiry route more than a long blog. A single landing page costs AED 3,400 and a five page site costs AED 6,500.
What if my project is too big for one person?
Then I will say so before you spend anything. Very large platforms with many integrations need a team, and an agency is the right choice for them. The free audit is where we find out. If the project fits, you get a package and a launch date. If it does not, you get an honest answer.
Will my site pass Core Web Vitals?
I test LCP, INP and CLS on every build before launch, and I do not promise a score. What I control is the build: image sizes, fonts, scripts and layout. What is added later, such as chat widgets or tracking tags, can slow a page down, so I explain what each addition costs in speed.
Should my site have an Arabic version?
It depends on who you sell to. If your customers search in Arabic, an English-only site does not reach them. I write the Arabic from the same brief, with a mirrored layout, and the price difference on a five page site is AED 300. The Arabic web design page explains how it works.
How soon can a site go live?
A five page site takes about ten working days from the approved brief. Larger sites take longer because there is more to write and test. The timeline depends mostly on how quickly content and feedback come back. The main web design in the UAE page shows each step.
Want yours to be the tab that stays open?
Send me your current site, or the three competitors you keep being compared with. I will reply within four working hours.
